PROJECT CONDUCTED The theme of the day was “Level Up”. Since the company needs to play on a higher level in the coming years, during the convention, everything was related to the concept of “Taking It To The Next Level”. The world of videogames and entertainment was our inspiration for most of the activities and for the image of the event: arcade games, Pacman scenography, Pokemon facilitators, Mario-Bros-inspired food… Everything was designed and performed with utmost precision, from the image to the transfers, down to the last detail. The event was coordinated between four cities -Tokyo, New York, San Francisco and Paris- which were connected via live streaming to broadcast all the events on a stage designed exclusively for the convention. To round off the event, there was an informal dinner and a party for all the participants that included a zip line that passed over participants’ heads.

INITIAL BRIEFING Design of the annual meeting in which the company presents its objectives to all its employees. In this case, it was conducted from different parts of the world via live connections. We organised the event in Barcelona, preparing the day from beginning to end. From the welcome to the farewell and including Criteo University, surprising activities, catering and event communication.
